These Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a legal agreement between you and Emma Ward. Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before continuing with your purchase.

1. Contract

This purchase forms a binding contract between you and Emma Ward. By completing this purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Payment + Refunds

All payments must be made via the details given via Emma Ward. Payment must be received in full prior receiving the first module of the Love Your Body course. 

Given the nature of the Program, no refunds will be offered.

3. No Guarantee

Due to the nature of coaching and the fact that your success is dependent on a number of factors over which we have no control, Emma Ward does not guarantee any particular results.

Although there are many happy students of the Program, many of whom have provided testimonials, their results may not be typical for everyone and they are not intended to guarantee, promise, represent and/or assure that you will achieve similar results from taking the Program. Each person’s success and results depends on many factors, including dedication, desire and motivation.

You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts as well as other external factors. Emma Ward does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Emma Ward. You accept the risk of not achieving any results (or less than desirable results) from taking the Program.

4. DISCLAIMER

The information and training provide in this Program is not intended to replace care that is best provided by a qualified health professional and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The coaching and information given is intended to give you the tools to make informed decisions about your lifestyle. It should not be used as a substitute for any treatment that has been prescribed or recommended by your doctor. 

This Course does not provide any professional financial, legal, medical or psychological services or advice. None of the content of the Program cures or treats any mental or medical condition. You are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results.

As stated on the Love Your Body webpage this course is NOT suitable for anyone who has a mental health condition including: eating disorders, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, depression or bipolar. By purchasing this Program you are agreeing to the fact that you do not have any of these health conditions.

5. EFT/TAPPING

One of the methods used in this program is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or ‘tapping’). While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage. Neither Emma Ward's trainer nor Emma Ward are licensed health practitioners, and certain issues should be addressed by such professionals. You must take complete responsibility for your physical, mental and emotional well-being. We cannot be held responsible for any emotional upset that addressing body-image issues may cause.  

6. Prohibited Use

All materials resulting from our work together are for your personal use only.  They are not to be copied, resold or shared with third parties for profit. We retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.  No other use of the materials or information is authorized. Any violation of the foregoing may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities.

7. Age

By acknowledging these terms and conditions you are declaring that you are over 18 years old.

8. PRIVACY

By purchasing the Program, you will be subscribed to Emma Ward’s e-mail list if you are not already a subscriber. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from us unrelated to the Course, you may do so at any time. Each e-mail from us includes a link to unsubscribe from e-mail communications. Just be certain to not unsubscribe from the Program list or you will no longer receive information and course materials related to the Program purchased.

We respect your privacy and will never sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing or advertising.

This Program is targeted and intended for persons over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age (the legal age to be on social media).
